Intelligent central control software keeps the cottage cosy with the most efficient use of energy. Modern stylish radiators sense room usage and adjust to create a comfortable yet energy efficient solution.
Each room can be simply adjusted at the radiator so that you can always pick a temperature that suits you.

British Made High Efficiency Woodburner
There's nothing like the warmth and ambiance of a log fire after a day out. We've fitted a new WoodWarm Fireview Eco stove, made in Devon. The stove is super efficient and will create a wonderfully cosy feeling to the living room.
You'll receive some logs to get going, and if you need more they are available in most fuel stations or pop into Glasfryn Sawmills just up the road (LL53 6RN)
Plentiful hot water
Thermal Energy Storage Hot Water System
The water system in Ynata uses a Sunamp Thermino thermal battery to deliver instant hot water in an eco friendly manner. The system is a heat store which will instantaneously heat water whilst maintaining great water pressure so you benefit from a strong shower.
The system holds an ERP A rating, the highest possible for energy efficiency and is ready to be hooked into solar panels or heat pumps.
